About Us

Hi!  We’re a couple of health care workers by trade.


Laurie is a social worker and works at  Group Health in Port Orchard and Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton.


Ed is a Hanna Somatic Educator and offers online somatics exercises classes.




Getting people out of physical pain is easy with the right set of tools.


We both live a healthy, active lifestyle even if Laurie has 3 screws in her knees from 2 knee operations and Ed lived with fibromyalgia and no longer lives in pain.

We decided to get involved in social media since Ed has been managing several websites over the past few years.  .

He even runs an online membership program… which took a few years to build up.

He knows about:

The time it takes to post blogs, make tweets, update profiles, make comments on forums, make and upload videos…

Really who has this kind of time… little did I know what I was getting involved in online marketing.

Laurie on the other hand has to watch Ed pull out his hair and hide our 3 children when the internet goes awry or we lose power.

You’ll find us hanging out at the Olympic Indoor Soccer Center or driving around Puget Sound to our kids’ soccer games, basketball games, track meets… and looking for a good Indian restaurant… which we can’t wait for one in Port Orchard.


Why are we doing this?  Obviously we don’t have enough to do, yet Laurie got an iphone…

… and I swear she lives on it… or at least she’ll email from it in bed, telling me to get off of the computer since she’s trying to sleep.

So why are we doing this?


Well we looked around and didn’t see a great many Social Media Professionals in our area…


With Ed’s experience of taking online marketing courses the past few years, his websites have improved .

And I’ve seen how Ed’s visitors to his website have dramatically increased and here I thought he was just surfing on the net all this time.

He wanted more help, so we both took some courses on Internet Marketing and Social Media. Now Laurie can see the internet matrix code of html.

Laurie completed her master’s degree in social work from the University of Washington and loves raising her three wonderful children.


Lately she’s been studying more on post traumatic stress disorder… and is always looking at new ways to help her patients lead happier, healthier lives.


So way back when Ed got an international business degree at the University of Texas at Austin… in the early 80′s before it was time, then he went into the motion picture business and worked on movies like Born on the 4th of July and JFK.

As he got out of his two decade battle with pain he did this Hanna Somatic Education thing… something most people haven’t heard of… which explains why he’s on to the next adventure of social media with his partner Laurie.
